Mental Health Assessment

The start of your journey starts with our comprehensive Diagnostic Assessment which will evaluate your various life and family histories and trauma. Our team of licensed independent therapists, professional counselors and social workers assisted with our house psychiatrist will evaluate your full case using the latest release from the diagnostic and statistical manual of mental health disorders from the American Psychiatric Association (DSM-V).

We diagnose all Mental Health disorders. After diagnosis our clients are guided through an individualized treatment plan which reviews their problems that should be addressed.

Drug & Alcohol Assessment

Substance use and alcohol can worsen your mental health problems. Our team of licensed chemical dependency professionals evaluate our clients resent usage and histories to gain a full outlook on building your care plan using the latest release from the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM), Level of Care for Substance Use & Alcohol.

When necessary, clients are able to participate in our Medicated Assisted Treatment (MaTx) program which is geared toward harm reduction through evidenced based treatment practices including providing eligible clients with dependency medications such as Suboxone, Subutex, Vivitrol and Sublocade and more.

Crisis Intervention Services

As one of the few agencies in the State of Ohio that is internationally accredited for Crisis Services, our team of highly trained and skilled professionals aid our clients in their most difficult times of life, guiding them towards deescalation of events that could create long lasting trauma.

With specialized non-combative approaches including EMDR training for our most qualified staff, our clients are presented with options that make them consider peaceful means of deescalation.

Medical Management, Evaluation

Our facility has licensed physicians specializing in Psychiatry, Addiction Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Family Medicine. Assisting our physicians are our licensed Nurse Practitioners and Registered Nurses. Our medical/nursing team individualizes treatment for each client providing a full services that addresses a clients mental health conditions, addiction disorders (if any), and primary care issues such as hypertension and insomnia.

With national board certification and addiction medicine fellowships, our medical and nursing team provides a superior level of treatment options for every client.

Psychotherapy

The cornerstone of treatment at our facility is behind our elevated psychotherapy options. Our clients are placed with a primary therapist that will manage their entire case for the life of their treatment. Their dedicated therapist will build an individualized treatment plan to address the core problems the client is looking to overcome and/or cope with.

Including Marriage & Family Therapy our licensed team will work with indivules, couples, and family

Case Management

With over a century of combined case management experience, our team of licensed professionals manage our clients case load from linkage of services options including Social Services Assistance such as Medicaid and Food (Stamp) Assistance, and also aiding with coordination of Disability and SSI benefit assistance.

Through our Coordinated Case Management, Community Psychiatric Support Treatment (CPST), Psychosocial Rehabilitation Services (PSR), & Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) our staff can meet with our clients from almost anywhere such as schools, places work and worship, home and assisted living facilities.

Group Therapy (IOP, PHP, Aftercare)

Between an array of topics, our licensed addiction and mental health professionals lead our clients on exploratory journeys of their own past experiences and new perspective from others at the group session. We handle not just Addiction Groups like Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), we also offer robust Mental Health groups that center around diagnosis problems such as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Anxiety, Depression, Anger Management and many more.

Nursing Services & Medical Screening Services

Under the direction of our licensed on staff physicians, our team of advance practice nurse practitioners and registered nurses aid our clients physical health conditions from things as minor as a physical examination to blood testing to evaluate levels such as Vitamins, Blood Cell Count, Glucose (sugar).

With advanced testing procedures our team can also complete comprehensive drug and alcohol testing, with most results available same day and lab testing available within the week for most circumstances.
